At CHO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
